Since the age of 15, Stanley has been invited by various schools, companies and organizations to give motivational talks and training of life education. He has 16 years of public speeches and training experiences in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, the United States and Canada. His main areas of knowledge include resilience, applied psychology, positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (N.L.P.), crisis intervention and post-disaster counseling, personal growth, emotional management, and career planning.
Stanley founded the Kinetic Life Training and Counseling Centre in 2010 and served as Director of the Center. The mission is to promote life education through the concept of "Life is affected by life, and moved by action." We invite the like-minded friends in the industry to form a life education team to guide people who are interested in making positive changes in their lives. And provide life education talks and training to schools, non-profit-making and business organizations.

About Stanley's work
Stanley is a registered social worker in Hong Kong. He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from San Francisco State University in 2008 and a Master of Social Science in Social Work from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010, serving street sleepers and elders during the internship.
And then pursued a doctoral program in life and value education at the Education University of Hong Kong, his research topic is "Narrative Study towards the resilience of youths suffered burns trauma in Hong Kong."
Stanley is also well proficient in teaching applied psychology and post-disaster crisis intervention knowledge.
Stanley has been directly following the Fellowship of National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.F.N.L.P.) founder Dr. William Horton to acquire psychology knowledge and was received the Master Trainer Certificate in 2013, becoming the youngest mentor in Hong Kong.
In 2015, Stanley followed directly with international crisis intervention experts and the founder of I.C.I.S.F. Dr. George Everly to learn about post-disaster crisis intervention and received a personal / group crisis intervention certificate.
